Shipping Rates for Standard sized orders:
We offer free shipping on orders within Alberta over $100
Flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $100
Flat rate shipping $10.00 within Canada
Free shipping for orders in Canada over $200
We ship within Canada only at this time.
*surcharge may be levied for unusually large or heavy items. Customer will be notified at the time of order if any surcharge is required.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders are shipped out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3pm except on Holidays. Please be advised that it may take up to 48 hours to process your order BEFORE shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays so all orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include a tracking number for your convenience. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 dollars and will arrive within 3-10 business days depending on location. If wish to enquire about Express shipping, please indicate in the notes and we will contact you with a quote. Generally express shipping runs an additional $10-20 dollars and will arrive within 1-2 business days.
Sales tax is charged on all Canadian orders at the customer's local tax rate.
You can pick your online purchase up in store if you are in the Edmonton area. At checkout, please select In-store Pick Up as your shipping option. Please give 1 business day for your order to be processed. We will notify you once your parcel is ready. Please note that all in-store pick ups will require presentation of a printed copy of your purchase confirmation. Orders will be held in-store for pick up for up to 7 days only. If for any reason you cannot pick it up in that time, please contact us and we will arrange for your order to be shipped and additional shipping rates will apply.
ON-LINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return for refund, 30-day exchange (or store credit) policy on all web orders.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must track and insure their package.
All sale merchandise purchases, gift cards, and earrings are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that full refunds are only available for online purchases/ telephone sales when returned by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All items returned in person to one of our stores will be offered an exchange or receive in store credit for future in-store purchases.
IN STORE EXCHANGES:
We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, No Refunds.
All items returned must be in original, unused condition, with original receipt or gift receipt with all tags still attached.
All earrings, hairpieces, hosiery, and items purchased on sale or at a discount are always a final sale. No exchanges will be offered for these items.
PROCESSING ON-LINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your product by mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will assist you with your return. Please note that we carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. Your return must be in unworn, unused condition, with original packaging and tags securely attached. Any items without original tags, packaging, or receipt will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you track and insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All requests for return much be initiated within 14 days of receipt of item in order to receive a full refund. An exchange or store credit will be offered after 14 days of receipt of the merchandise and after 30 days, the purchase is considered a final sale.

-We will not accept any returns sent to us without a return authorization number.

-We pull all of our online purchases from our Edmonton locations and may require up to 48 hours to confirm the status of your purchase. If for some reason, an item you purchased is unavailable, we will notify you via email and promptly refund your payment in full.
